He moved to Clearwater, Florida, six months ago from Chicago. Mr. Zwigoff was a re tired owner of 111 Men's Shop, Chicago. He was a member of Temple B'Nai Israel, Clearwater, Florida; Penthouse Greens Association, Library board, and the J.C. Penney Golf Tournament, all of Clearwater, Florida.

Survivors include his wife, Betty Largo, Florida; two sons: Terry Zwigoff, San Francisco, California; Donald Corey, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; three sisters: Ruth Weiss, Los Angeles, California; Lee Cohen, Chicago, Illinois; Gertrude Swigoff, Chicago, Illinois. A memorial service will be at 3 p.m. Monday at the Temple B'Nai Israel, Clearwater, Florida. A graveside service will be Wednesday at Moses Mon-tefiore Cemetery, Appleton, with Rabbi Schechtman officiating. BRETTSCHNEIDER-TRETTIN Funeral Home assisted the family with local arrangements.

9th Kaukauna Age 80, died early Sunday morning. He was born March 9, 1900 in Bavaria, Germany, and came to the United States and Kaukauna in April of 1927. He had been employed by the Combined Locks Mill until his retirement in 1963. Mr. Huber was a member of the Church Brotherhood of Immanuel United Church of Christ, Kaukauna, the Golden Agers, and the Combined Locks Mill Quarter Century Club.

Survivors include his wife, Agnes Willeger Huber; three nieces; and cousins. The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Immanuel United Church of Christ, with the Rev. Harvey L. Kandler officiating.

Interment will be in Highland Memorial Park, Appleton. Friends may call at the Greenwood Funeral Home after 3 p.m. Monday and until 9:30 a.m. Tuesday and then at the church after 10 a.m. until the hour of the service.

A memorial fund has been established for the Building Fund for Immanuel United Church of Christ. Mrs. Ralph Impelman (Emma A. Drath) Weyauwega, WI Formerly of Symco, age 78, died Saturday evening following a lingering illness. She was born March 20, 1902 in the Town of Union.

She married Ralph Impelman, August 20, 1925 in Symco. After their marriage, she and her husband lived in New London until moving to Symco in 1945. She operated Impelman's Grocery Store, Symco, for many years. Mrs. Impelman was a member of St.

Mark Lutheran Church, Symco. Survivors include her husband, Ralph; three daughters: Mrs. Robert (Marvella) Boehler, Waukesha; Mrs. Robert (Marise) Sprite, San Francisco, California; and Mrs. Gordon (Camella) Stern, New London; a brother, William Drath, Ogdensburg; two sisters: Mrs.

He was born November 2, 1894, the son of the late Julius and Clara Ristau Mellen. Mr. Mellen was a lifelong resident of the Weyauwega area, becoming a resident of Lakeview Manor in 1918. He was baptised and confirmed at St.

Peter Evangelical Lutheran Church, Weyauwega. Survivors include two brothers: Elvin and Clarence Mellen, both of Weyauwega; nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a sister, Rosalie Magdanz, in 1968 and a brother, Alfred, in 1975. The funeral was at 2 p.m. Monday at the Lake-view Manor Chapel, Weyauwega, with the Rev.

Runge (Grace Boyle) Colony Oaks Formerly 103 S. Maple Black Creek, age 67, died at 10 a.m. Sunday. She was born January 8, 1913 in Manitowoc and had been a long time resident of Black Creek, where she was the Village Treasurer and a part time cook for the Black Creek Elementary School. Mrs.

Runge was an active and faithful member of St. John United Church of Christ, having been a Sunday school teacher and a director for the junior choir. Survi vors include a daughter, Mrs. James (Judy) Laux, Route 1, Menasha; a -son, the Rev. Mr.

She was born March 9, 1900 in Appleton, where she was a lifelong resident. Miss Sigl was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church, Appleton. In the past recent years she previously belonged to St. Joseph Catholic Church, Appleton, where she also attended school as a girl, having been taught by her dearly beloved Sisters of the Notre Dame Order, with whom she became lifelong friends.

Police said entry was gained by cutting a screen and plastic covering to a rear porch. Checks and cash totaling were taken in a break-in to an apartment at 730 W.

College owned by the Deli Sub Pub, 724 W. College over the weekend. Police said the receipts from the business were kept in money bags in the apartment. Damage was estimated at $900 at Peabody Park after a vehicle tore up some grass and broke four light poles early Sunday morning. Kim Knaack, 1221 W. Packard Appleton, reported to police that a compound bow and four arrows were taken from a car while it was parked at home Saturday or Sunday. Police said the missing Items were valued at $250. Two speakers and a tape case with 30 eight-track tapes were taken from an auto owned by Gary Mainz, 1413 S. Walden Saturday night, while it was parked in a lot at David's Bar, 1501 N.

Richmond St. Police said the missing Items were valued at $360. A large window valued at $380 was broken at the Tumbleweed Tap, 525 W. College during a fight between two 23-year-old Appleton men about 12:55 a.m. Sunday.

Police said the two men were issued citations for disorderly conduct. Jerry Patterson, 2990 W. Spencer reported to police that his contact lenses and wire rim glasses were taken from his car while it was parked at 1513 N. Richmond St. Saturday night.

He served in the Army during World War I in France. August 15, 1923 Mr. Krause was united in marriage to Amanda Roloff in Seymour. He was a member of Emmanuel Lutheran Church, Seymour, the Krause-Kraft American Legion Post, Seymour, and World War I Vets. Survivors include his wife, Amanda; a brother, Reuben, Clintonville.

He was preceded in death by his parents, four sisters and three brothers. The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Emmanuel Lutheran Church, Seymour, with the Rev. Alvin Peterson officiating. Interment will be in Highland Memorial Park, Appleton.

Grand jury indicts two for mail fraud MILWAUKEE A former Apple-ton woman, Barbara Jean Kolosso, 21, 914 Durkee and her estranged husband, Randal G. 20, currently in the Army, were indicted by a federal grand jury Nov. 13 on charges of theft by mail of more than $4,900 from an Appleton savings and loan association. She is scheduled to appear in federal court at 9:45 a.m. Dec.

5 and a warrant has been issued for her husband. Authorities said the couple kept a third person's earned income statement and submitted drafts on it between April 1-30, 1980.
